Charles 'Chuck' Drda is a Senior Vice President of AI Engineers. He is responsible for leading Construction Services company-wide with senior management oversight for AIE's construction engineering projects. He is also responsible for maintaining and building on client relations to help expand the firm's construction services portfolio in other states.

With over 35 years of experience, 33 of which were with CTDOT, Chuck brings a wealth of engineering management experience from a public agency lens. Prior to his career at AIE, Chuck held many senior positions of management at CTDOT including Transportation Maintenance Administrator and Acting Bureau Chief: Bureau of Highway of Operations. His achievements during his public service include oversight and coordination of several multi-million dollar roadway and bridge rehabilitation projects including Connecticut's first Accelerated Bridge Construction project.
