Mr. Lloyd has over 31 years of experience in the design, review and assessment of a wide variety of infrastructure projects. These projects have included bridges, railyards, transit facilities, electric generation, public works, etc. As Project Manager for many of these projects, Mr. Lloyd has been responsible for the coordination of all engineering design, construction efforts, and client interface. His responsibilities include designing and reviewing electrical control systems, electrical power distribution, grounding, low- and medium-voltage substations, and special systems for new facilities as well as renovation of existing facilities.
